Every swap on the SAKURA pool pays 3% of its ETH side to the hook, which hands it straight to the reserve. Half goes to the operator in the same transaction; the rest streams to stakers, a seventh of the pot per day, pro rata to what is staked at that second. Staking and unstaking are always open.
